You have requested access to your locker through UPAK website. Access hours are from 9am-5pm, Monday - Saturday. Your are required to bring access booking verification code (will be sent in booking confirmation email) OR show ID and sign in before accessing your locker, if there is no record of your arrival the No Show Fee of $30 per locker will be applied to your account.
If you need to cancel this access notify the office by leaving a message on the afterhours voicemail by 8pm the evening before and the $30 per locker no show fee will be waived. Please be advised that your account may be charged $50 minimum garbage disposal fee, should we find a locker returned with garbage left over. Lockers must be secure and locked by 5pm for return to the warehouse. Customers still attending their lockers past 5pm will be charged a rate of $75 per hour for delaying the warehouse staff from returning the lockers into the warehouse at 5pm.
