Upak Storage is fantastic!! The front staff anre super nice!! And huge cudos to the lady who drove the truck. She really knew what she was doing!! Highly impressed and will definitely use and recommend this business! Thank you so much ☺️

Can’t speak more highly of our experience with UPAK. We needed a larger size. They were accommodating and ran back to the yard and Promptly brought the larger size crate. We need an additional one, and they were quick to Provide a second larger crate. All within the same day. Nate the delivery person Was so polite and professional, and he left us feeling at ease. Thank you UPAK!

I had two different pods at different intervals and arranging them for drop off and pick up was super easy. Staff on the phone were always helpful and extremely pleasant. I also had to access one while in storage and it was seamless. The people delivering the pods were friendly and professional and did such a great job maneuvering them in and out of a tight space. All my belongings inside the pods arrived safely. Thank you so much, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business!

Great price and customer service. With an out of the city move with a family of 4 children, I got sick and I forgot to book the last day to access our container. Customer service was very understanding and accommodating. Thank you Tyler and the manager of Upak Victoria for helping us. I am relived and can carry on with our move with one less stress. I appreciate you guys. 🙏

An amazing experience renting Upak containers, both from dealing with the office staff to receive information about what’s available, to the day of delivery and the wonderful communication, letting us know that the containers were on the way, right to the fabulous driver, who unloaded the boxes, she was amazing! This company is highly recommended. We love them!

Have used U-Pak for all my storage needs, this last storage period ended this month after almost 2 years. Were very accommodating and understanding with my unit having to be brought down twice in 3 days as moving company screwed up dates. Highly recommend this company and Janet is a real Peach :)

Excellent customer service from the staff while setting up the drop off and the unit was set up when I returned from work. I am anticipating that the pick up of the unit.will go smoothly as well. UPak is a great alternative for people without a vehicle and great for longer term storage although the fee for drop off and pickup of the unit, seems a bit high, slimilar storage facilities charge much higher monthly rates..at the end of the day Upak is a better value

They were very fast and courteous to our every needs for when and where we needed the upak . didnt get as close to door as i requested but he said once full it would be harder to move.. Ok.. My only concern was the price of the delivery on top of the first pick up and delivery and storage.. But all in all great place to keep everything dry and safe .
